Established in 1999 by Norman Paige, Paige Properties began with the construction of the Paige Apartments. With a vision to create quality housing and a commitment to family values, Mr. Paige involved his children in the business, fostering a legacy that continues today.

Now led by Judy Conrad and Aaron Bristol, both seasoned professionals with over two decades of combined experience in real estate and property management, Paige Properties has expanded its portfolio to include the three apartment complexes, additional townhouses, duplexes, condos and single-family homes throughout Baxter and surrounding counties.
