1. Pick a Place to Live
We offer a variety of
houses, duplexes, and apartments—there’s something for every lifestyle and budget.
2. Submit The Application
We’ve made applying easy and fast!
- Fill out our simple 2-page application—takes just 5 to 10 minutes.
- Apply online by clicking the “Apply Now” button next to the property you're interested in
- Or pick up a hard copy at our office
- Pay the $35 application fee per adult, which covers the background and credit screening (paid by the applicant)
3. Application Review & Approval
We’ll screen each applicant by reviewing:
โ Credit history
โ Employment and income
โ Rental references
โ Payment behavior and background
We aim to respond
within 24 hours or less!
4. Lease & Payment
Once approved, we’ll guide them through the next steps:
- Pay the security deposit (equal to one month’s rent)
- Pay the first month’s rent, pro-rated based on the move-in date
- Sign the lease online, or in person—it’s quick and convenient
5. Get The Keys
We’ll hand off :

๐ฎ Mailbox keys
๐ Garage openers (if applicable)
