Owner Onboarding
Welcome to Paige Management!
We’re excited to partner with you in managing your property. Our onboarding process is designed to be simple, transparent, and efficient. Here’s what you can expect as we get started:
Step 1: Submit Your Property Details
Please fill out our Owner Intake Form with your contact information and property details. This helps us tailor our services to your needs.
Step 2: Schedule a Consultation
Once we receive your form, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a phone call or in-person meeting. We’ll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and review our management agreement.
Step 3: Property Evaluation
We’ll visit your property to conduct a thorough inspection and recommend any maintenance or improvements needed to maximize its rental value.
Step 4: Sign the Management Agreement
After reviewing our terms and services, you’ll sign our property management agreement. This can be completed electronically for your convenience.
Step 5: Prepare for Marketing
Our team will:
- Take professional photos and create a compelling listing
- Advertise your property on top rental platforms
- Screen potential tenants thoroughly
Step 6: Go Live!
Once a qualified tenant is selected, we’ll finalize the lease, collect deposits, and handle the move-in process. You’ll receive regular updates and have access to your Owner Portal for statements, reports, and communication.
